Lockdown continues and it’s important to keep active, so here’s Part 4 of ‘stay in, work out’ with Gemma T. It will certainly help with your fitness!
Firstly, grab some water, a towel/mat and a stopwatch. This week, it’s another HIIT session! Three sets, three activities all for 30 seconds each (and repeat three times). Go smash it!
