Grab some cards (you’ll need x6 different ones, whether regular or perhaps UNO ones). Stick them to the wall, just out of reach. Working in pairs, do a little warm up to get the blood flowing. Include jogging on the spot, squats, crabbing (side shuffles!), and some arm movements (spotty dog). Take it turns to ‘work the wall’ calling out a card to touch (good reach and reaction required). Enjoy!
